Very good stuff here, and I think she's onto something.

Looks like there's a good chance that Mansour Matloubi was one of the recipients of the "God Mode" e-mail that Travis Makar provided.

If true, then Mansour was one of the cheaters.

Her analysis and attention to detail is commendable. The levels of deception, legal sounding shell games and poor execution of the cover up has muddied the AP/UB waters so much I constantly have to review the 2+2 stickies just to keep up with Haley. I don't know what she does for a living but I sure hope she is paid well.

I agree it is likely Matloubi is guilty. I just wanted to post some more info for those who did not know, or who have not followed all this. Combine this with what Haley has released, and Matloubi seems like the right guy to point the finger at.

I started a thread on 2+2 back in 2009,
Will Mansour Matloubi (1990 WSOP, UB part-owner) appear at the WSOP Champions Invitational?

The title was a joke, but the content is real. Matloubi was behind both E-World and Blast Off. He was also a UB manager in which a prop player reported cheating to way before the cheating was public.

I was also told at the time UB was getting going, they needed someone who was not in the US to "have things in their name" and since Matloubi was pretty busto, he agreed to go to Thailand and put E-World Holdings in his name.

I was also later allowed to see an AIM convo involving the prop manager who reported suspect cheating to Shah, aka Matloubi. The prop player was thannytoes, aka Lisa Spain. It is in the link I posted, but wanted to post a link to her initial post involving Shah

Again, I am not trying to get into a pissing match with Haley, or anyone. I just want to put all the relevant info in one place so people can draw their own conclusions about Shah. Finding the truth is what is most important. Combine the info above with Haley's latest Blog Just Conjecturin', Volume 29: Inside the Makar Email and one could make a pretty convincing argument about Matloubi's knowledge of cheating.
