Obviously trying to shield themselves from liability, and trying to make it that much harder to trace the identity of the real owners, and where all the money has gone. The name Blanca was a perfect choice for what they are trying to do, and they basically just delivered a facial to anyone that thinks they are going to get another $.01 back.

What surprises me the most is that the name UB/AP still even exists.

When Arthur Andersen was found guilty in the biggest accounting scandal in US history, its not like they could just pay a penalty and keep operating under their same name.

Their reputation was shot, and in accounting, trust and being above reproach is everything. I thought this would hold true for an online poker company as well. Obviously it does not. There are actually people stupid enough to play on this site, even after the scandal.

Anyways, he asked me to go over a sng of his. Assuming he wanted a 2nd opinion I went over the game. He played fine and was chipping up well until the bubble. Two of the players were clearly colluding to the point of ridiculousness. My buddy made the money but the colluders pecked away at him and won. I won't go over the play b/c that's not really the point but just believe me when I say even the UB security team should be able to spot the cheating.

I told him what I thought and he said "that's why I sent you the history." So he emailed UB and I think I was more anxious for their reply then he was. Here it was:
