Half the time when I open a thread, the first post is down below the rake offers banner on the side, which means you have to scroll down to even read the thread.

Also when you are quoting a post, or making a post long enough to make a scroll bar appear on the side of the reply box, clicking off of the browser window (Or not typing for a couple seconds) makes the scroll bar go back to the top and you have to scroll it back down to keep typing and it is a HUGE pain in the ass.

This is a browser issue. Which one are you using? This does not happen in Chrome or IE 8 (the ones I have and test with). I will try to fix the problem in your browser, but since we are doing a redesign, it may be better to wait till we get it (since it will have new CSS and javascript).

I am at work and we have IE. I am not completely sure what version it is, because I only use IE at work.

But if it is a browser problem then dont worry about it.

It absolutely is. Its a CSS processing issue. I've put some fixes in for chrome, IE 8, firefox, etc.. I know exactly what you are referring to. I promise to eventually get them all fixed especially once the new version goes live.
