my friend and I were arguing the other day about whether or not you could have money in jail? like cash? can you? my friend was being a retard and was like "my friend went to jail and he played poker with his food" and I was like "That's BS, Worm dumped money to the guards." Then i realized I was basing my assumption upon a few movies.

Money in a Jail or Prison works like this. Whatever you have on you when your arrested, or money sent to you while in, is put on the "books". Poker is played daily. Chips are old decks of cards cut, well bent and torn into four pieces. On store day, you buy chips with store goods. If a honey bun costs .50 then you get ten chips. Chips are worth .05. At the end of the week most games are played on the credit to be paid when store arrives. If you owe and do not recieve store, you have two choices. You can either fight or pay with Trays. Each tray is worth 2.00. One guy lost his breakfast for a week because he couldnt pay.........UGA

You are correct my friend. The great state of Georgia did not like what I was doing back in 99. I can say I learned one thing from the ordeal. After winning in those places for 17 months, I think any game can be beat. I used the phrase in the joint, " I play for bread and meat, I dont win, I dont eat".......UGA
