A stunning development in the "Bellagio Robbery Case" unfolded Thursday afternoon. A message from Twitter account greengables66, which has since been deleted, set alarm waives in the upper levels of the LVPD. The message was said to have said "Phil Laak did a terrible thing last night".
Now the story gets interesting when a unknown informant from the LVPD contacted Los Angeles Times, and reported that Palms Owner Gavin Maloof and other Palms staff had spent over 4 hours at the LVPD headquarters meeting with task force officials.
The informant revealed well known Poker Pro Phil "The Unibomber" Laak was seen at the Palms steak house "9", eating dinner in the wee hours of December 15 with wife actress Jennifer Tilly. When an incident took place that is not completely confirmed at this time.
Laak is alleged to have gotten in to a heated argument with Tilly after being cut from ordering further alcoholic beverages, at which time he repeatedly yelled "Your making me do it!!!" several times before turning over 3 to 4 tables while storming out in a drunken rage.
The plot thickens as Laak is alleged to have used the motorcycle helmet from his motorcycle to smash 3 vases at entrance of the steakhouse, before leaving the Palms via north side Valet on his motorcycle some time after 3:30 am PST.
The Palms and LVPD are doing everything in their power to keep these allegations private until further information surfaces. The above allegations are simply un-confirmed rumors from a lone source at this time.

Gotta call BS on this one.
The guy in the video is either fat or purposely wore baggy clothes to look fat.
If Laak had an altercation at the Palms at 3:30, he wouldn't have had time to go home and change and rob the Bellagio by 3:45. There's no way he wore something like that to the Nine Steakhouse.

i just dont believe the Italian Prime Minister spiked someones drink with drugs. There is just too many people around for that to happen. Im not going to trust The Onion anymore for my news. I mean The Onion quotes sources and all but I dont believe what they are saying.

No doubt. His analysis is ironclad on this one. It probably should be posted on the frontpage so the general public isn't confused on whether or not Phil Laak actually robbed the Bellagio.
