from my experience, it seems that hands like 9TJQ play well in PLO.

they may alot of str8's and flop a lot of 2pair + str8 draws.

I'm not a PLO expert, far from it. I am experienced in playing it, and admiringly have not studied it deeply yet. I may one day look back on these statements and laugh at myself. but now take this gin flop example:



i could have thrown a flush draw in there but decided to just do backdoors because I want the focus to be on the super-uber-wrap that can only be created with a 2-gap hand as shown above.

pros: 20 cards twice to a str8
cons: 9/8 are non-nut straights.

The problem is how often you are actually going to see that kind of a flop.

Try 20 Card wrap hands double suited, better odds if you hit

these hands do play very well, i just fire every street, so if htey have some type of straight draw they muck river!
