Me and a fellow DonkDowner were just chatting, and I asked him what % of DD had ever served in the military. He threw out a number that I thought was probably kind of high. How many, what % ?

Are Coast Guard checks issued by the Navy ? I should know this but sadly I don't. But either way I would say it counts.

I tried to, but I was permanently disqualified from every military service.

The Coast Guard is a branch of the Navy that enforces maritime laws and homeland security.
Going into the Coast Guard is in the top 3 of the biggest mistakes of my life. Such a waste of time, imo.
I was making $1,200 per month before taxes.
I had already graduated College with a criminal justice degree and a psychology minor.
Military is for people that really don't have anything else going for them.

I am a little older than the average Donkdowner, but when I was young it was a way to see the world, learn a trade all on Uncle Sam's dime it held a almost romantic appeal.
Oh and I forgot to mention the whores and the booze and the brawling across the the fucking globe ..... good fucking times !
But I do have to admit, I was kind of forced into the military- but it ended up being a good life changing experience.

And I guaran-fucking-tee you this, when I pitched and I was gonna pitch against a fucking team that had guys on it like Bevacqua, I'd send a fucking limosine to get the cocksucker to make sure he was in the motherfucking lineup because I'd kick that fuckers ass any fucking day of the week.

With a cj degree you should have definitely joined the air force and gone to officer school. I know a couple of people who went that way because basic and ocs were easier and then transferred to the marines as officers. Of course, you could have also gotten them to pay for law school I suppose if you had gone navy.
