Over the past few months I have provided countless site to site transfers for many regular nwp'ers/highstakes player and basically any degen that needed to move funds across sites. Some questioned my motives but I simply wanted to develop contacts so I could get money to any site when I needed to. Recently I was approached on aim and asked to do a transfer. Despite some warning signs I reluctanty transfered to his alleged ftp account upon recieving the stars $$. One day later my stars account is frozen, it was for 4 days, this was especially annoying as I'm on pace and going for nova elite. Every day counts. I email ftp security and so does stars in attempts to get my money back on the other end. Once my stars account was unfrozen and hte transfer amount debited I recieve an im from the sn of the alleged hacker, he claims that he is friends with the account in question(karecon) and was duped into logging into the accnt and transfering to me thus staging a hacking. They knew it would be refunded. No money has been recovered but since I recieved an email from ftp security linking an nwp member to this transfer scam. Here is a quote from the email. I have suspended the account Phipps09 which received your $3700. These
funds were then split into $2500 and $1200 to 2 different players, who
then player transferred them in small sums to a few different players,
who then transferred some of the funds to other players. It is clear
that not all these players are involved in this fraudulent issue.

However, that being said, I have suspended the 2 initial accounts which
received your funds; one of them by the playerID of bdc887 who has
direct relationship to the hacking of the PokerStars account in
question.

I suspect bdc87 will not be posting here anymore. I should've known no good deed goes unpunished.

bdc imed me a few hours ago asking me to do a transfer, first he wanted to swap he AP money for either epassporte or UB and then he asked if he could transfer me AP money that I would cash out for him because he said he couldn't cash it out until after 48 hours since he just deposited 8O
