Hi, I run a popular poker forum called DonkDown. We are launching our 2.0 product, and we need some help from a Joomla / phpbb expert. If you aren't paying at LEAST $25/hr you are getting shitty shitty developers, I don't care if it is India. I pay $30 hr to a couple people from Costa Rica, and they do great work. Work that would be at least $100/hr here.
