To Jennicide -
Just to let you know that this diet is extremely unhealthy (I'm fat and dieting, so I should know). Your body will become dehydrated and you'll lose the weight, yes but the only reason is because you are barely eating any calories (so obviously you will lose weight). Plus, so few calories and drinking is extremely hard on your body. Once you are off the diet, you will begin to eat normally and your metabolism will have slowed down so much (metabolism slows when caloric intake is decreased) that you will gain the weight you want to lose and more back.
Just saying, much better ways to diet.
