i use to be a real estate agent and i like to keep up on things.

in greenwich CT there are aprox 75-100 homes that are on the market that are priced at OVER 7.5 million each.

property taxes for these properties range from 40 to 100k annually

as a real eastate broker/agent. if you were able to aquire one of these listings at it sells for 7.5mil you would make 175K for just shuffling some paperwork.
