The whole thing is kind of lame, he got down-$900 so he jumped to 1000nl - won it back then dropped back down. You could actually beat his record if he gets it pretty easy, just open 24 tables on say 5 different sites. It will be an official Guiness book record if he does it, they have a rep from the book watching over him.
the site crashed so they are just giving a writeup, he is currently up $24 with 30 minutes to go.
