It's important to understand that Viffer did not make these accusations, nor did he write the above email. He is just the messenger, but he felt this deserved attention.

It is also apparent that 2+2 is covering this up to some degree, most likely due to the fact that Mason Malmuth publishes Stox's book.

Imo. Biggest story here is:

1- Mason's attempt to cover for a 2+2 sponsor and 2+2 author

2- If those other accounts in question are linked to Stox- that he was playing 2 spots in a 25/50 nl cap game as a full and ss, thus maximizing all cheating angles, then you have an owner of Stox/CardRunners caught in a very big mess--that has yet to be proven, but some serious players seem awful certain about pigeon-holing the other stox account to those-i'm sure more will come on this

To be honest, this looks really bad for Stoxtrader.

He was accused of using a specific account ("40putts"). That account was also accused in the past of collusion.

Stox came back with a weird and convoluted response, essentially admitting to multi-accounting, but denying it was for cheating purposes. He did NOT deny being 40putts, which is very suspicious. If he was multi-accounting but using an account other than the shady one suspected, he would have said so. He didn't, so I'd be surprised if he wasn't guilty.

I will try to get him on radio, too, but he probably will refuse. I'll also have to ask Viffer if he'd come on simultaneously with Stox. Otherwise, we would have them separately. I am guessing Stox won't appear.

Best way to get this to 2p2, IMO, is to go through twitter. Use the hashtag #viffer and put your links there.

Stox's response to the allegations was so bizarre. Better to just not say anything then to deny wrongdoing in the extremely evasive way he did.

I made a post in the NVG thread about this. I just posted viffer is going to be on donkdown radio tomorrow. My post hasn't gotten deleted, I didn't put any links. Hopefully some of them will care enough to google it. close to show time tomorrow some people should plug the show on there, and the thread linked too.

All my link posts were of course banned and deleted and 2p2 users have started to wonder about all the deleted posts and why it was happening so I left a cliff notes 4 line version of the NWP vs 2p2 incident which they had time to see but of course was deleted.
