If you sign up for an account at a book, you'll usually get a better bonus if you contact the agent via live chat or on the phone than you would if you just took whatever the advertised bonus is. Rollover will kill you though if you don't put in some volume. I think 5dimes lets you choose between reduced juice or bonus with rollover.

Also, most legit books don't offer very good bonuses anymore. That ship has left the dock and isn't coming back. It is like 5x or 6x rollover and you have to use it to make a bet, so assuming you will win this bet half the time, the EV of the bonus is half of what it is.
