Haven't had any probs til now.
Normally I stay logged in all the time, for some reason it logged me out couple of days ago.

Now I can't use the stay logged in check box because if I do it does the ''session expired'' thing and doesn't log me in, so I have to log in every visit now.

I believe this happened when I added the login box to the forum page. This was done more to help the designers design our new look/feel. I will try to figure it out but its low on the priority list right now.. Sorry..

how is this low on the priority list? this is directly related to customer service. is customer service low on the list on dd.com? this is ape shit life tilting. plz fix this. thanks

Because it is only affecting a small percentage of people and there is a work around. Plus, I just increased the session timeout to 5 days (from 5 hours). I am hoping that helps alleviate the problem. Once again, this issue only happens when you are logged out due to session timeout and you try to log back in while looking at a "forum" page (if you are on the radio or the home page, it would not happen - i dont want to go into a full nerdy explanation but its because we are using two competing applications for login - joomla and phpbb).

I am familiar with Joomla and PhpBB as well as many other Open Source CMS. I think you fixed it as I didn't have a problem with it today. The session timeout duration must have been causing the conflict. Thanks.

Great.. Increasing it to 5 days was the key i think..
