The chat now uses the FOE feature in the forum to block users that you don't want to hear from. Go to USER CONTROL PANEL->FRIENDS & FOES->MANAGE FOES and add people you don't want to chat with you. You can also do it by clicking on their username in the forum. There is a link under their name for ADD FRIEND / ADD FOE. I think I may add those links on the thread page as well to make it even easier.

How do I just turn this feature off? Everytime I go offline, the second I click another link in the forum, it logs me back in.

Not interested in chatting, and not interested in putting a bunch of people in my FOE list, but I can't figure how to go offline like I can on Facebook.

Click on the options button to the right of the WHOS ONLINE and select INVISIBLE.

Insta did this as soon as you added it but Peewee guessed I was online and still sent me a message.

Is there no way to disable it by user?

Read above - add him to your FOES list. But, if he already started a chat with you, then you guys are already "connected." It will have to wait for the timeout before it drops the chat session.

Now poster Badger and poster BlameTheJews are responsible for my only two genuine LOLs of the week.

Peewee isn't my ''foe'' I love the little fella and enjoyed chatting with him, but the fact remains i don't want a chat function on Donkdonk

told ya, I made my self invsible the moment you added the feature, Peewee still sent me a message because he guessed I was online, don't ask me how that's your job

If you continue to get chats while you are invisible let me know. I think it was that he had you in his list before you went invisible..
