I was actually talking about that steakhouse yesterday. Someone told me that they opened a Mastro's here in Vegas and I remembered that I had eaten there once in Scottsdale, AZ. This picture was taken shortly thereafter. I definitely had the Kansas City strip, because that's my favorite cut, and it was way less than $90. Very few restaurants have single serving cuts that expensive.
