If you don't know, Phil Hendrie did a radio program where he would take a topic, like the death of Aryan leader Richard Butler and talk about it over the phone with one of his characters. So it's Phil Hendrie talking to Phil Hendrie(much like Popeil)


In this case Phil has his "eye in the sky" reporter Bob Bakian call into the show with his take on Richard Butler.

Just the fact that Phil talks to Phil using many different characters is funny to me. Also that a helicopter reporter is on the scene making such a report also funny.
