Just to reiterate what Druff said, this is a fascinating read if you have an interest in the UB shennanigans but will probably be meaningless and out of context if you dont know the back story.

Apologies for the lack of summary but ive had time constraints but in short, if you follow the UB stories then this will DEFINATELY be of interest and even if not it is worth looking at Haleys blogs as they are always of interest.

imo Paul Leggett UB cover-up mastermind released the partial list of cheaters to reinforce the UB narrative that Russ was the lone wolf ring leader (Chops got duped for one, with a lot of hard pushing, "it was only Russ", from Joe Sebok), and all the leaked 22 names conveniently tie into Russ, in order to obfuscate and omit the bigger ring leader owners that stole the lions share of the loot, the super thievery is in those destroyed 10% HH and the KGC list of 31 is for sure incomplete, UB didn't have to give the idiot KGC anything it didn't want to, like Haley says above about the KGC (in bold)

Its not the obv question/answer and to make the case into a Superuser Yes/No investigation in order to find guilt/innocence is not helpful. In a large conspiracy, very few individuals will actually be superusers. The obv question is why does O'Hearn still work for Greg Pierson and iovation?

Here's a question, if Hamilton had a guy running around Vegas collecting debts in cash behind the scandal, and this guy had full knowledge of the cheating, is he guilty?
