She got to be Governor because Napalitano took off to be Obama's Homeland Security Czar.

I pray to the Gods she doesn't win this election. I'm a registered Republican, but I'm voting for the democratic nominee all the way. Terry Goddard is a level headed guy and been involved in Arizona politics for a couple decades now. He is definitely the sensible choice.

Definitely not a good night for the Governor. She obviously froze out of the gate and was not prepared. Public speaking is pretty easy only if you are prepared. A couple years ago I had to speak in front of upper management and the first two times I had to do so, it went very well as I prepared the night before. Not nervous at all.

The third time, I stayed out until midnight watching Monday Night football and got pretty hammered and had to present the next afternoon. With the lingering headache I failed pretty badly. My boss was like 'WTF' and I made up some shit that I was battling an inner ear infection and all was forgotten.

As far as the elections goes, The Republicans should pick up the House pretty easily and the left wing Politco says the Senate is now on the bubble. The AZ governor has plenty of time to recover.

Obama ran as the Messiah and now that shit has evaporated and the demoncrats are going to get pummeled in a couple months. Where is this chick from 2008? Like to hear about her mortgage status.

I live in AZ as well and the really sad thing is that she (Brewer) is ahead of Godard by about 15-20 % depending on what poll you look at. Arizona loves batshit crazy right wingers (Joe Arpaio, Jon Kyle, ect..) so she'll probably win.

I mean, I'm sure we could do worse, but really not looking forward to 4 more years of Brewer.
