So let me get this straight it's okay to make fun of niggers being wasteful by pouring champaign on the ground and for buying spinning rims. However, when an entitled divorcee (who did exactly nothing to generate her wealth besides blowing Tiger woods) spends 10% of her net worth on a historic mansion built in the 30's, and then immediately tears it down to blow another 10-20% of her net worth on her "dream home", we have to keep our yaps shut about it? Tight double standard.
This is the country club version of Floyd Mayweather setting money on fire. Except, you know, about 10,000 times more wasteful. And whiter.

Personally my exact quote on this was "Some people have too much fucking money and free time on their hands" I mean honestly Im sure she could have found a peice of empty property just as suitable and couldve still built whatever the fuck she wanted without bulldozing the house. The question is what was the land value vs value of the structure on it. To me it was only +EV if the land was worth nearly the same as the house itself if not more. Then its basically overpaying for the land in the end (some people have done similarly in other situations, I almost did several yrs ago because the house on the property was basically junk anyway) But in all honest most real estate agents will tell you its cheaper to buy an already built house then to build brand new just due to construction costs so Elin basically screwed herself 2X over by havign to pay for complete demolition of the old house which Im sure was well into 6 figures to build this new house. Again my question is it was a 12 million dollar house but that was land and structure. What was worth what in the end.. If the land was worth 9 or 10 mil and the house/improvements worth 2 mil then it makes sense otherwise just shear stupidity.
