so yesterday i go to panorama tower as i own 2 units there. im waiting in the lobby for the future tenant that wants to lease for 6 months. tenant arrives n we walk towards the elevators. as we board we hear this wimpy girly voice sayin "wait wait hold that elevator" s the tenant sticks his hand out to open the door and guess who walks in?
yup the man himself ben lambb. the fat fuck has the most irratating voice ever. he was thanking my future tenant for holding the door and tipped him a 20. the fat fuck ben lambb was so irratating bc all he was talkn bout was how he won mills. tell u what man i whould get a voice makeover if i was him. he has the money to do it.
i nearly wanted to tell him shut the fuck up u fat cocksucker. i wanted to tell him his money isnt even comparable to what i have under my bed mattress.
anywho srry for the rant. long story short the tenant leases both units for 8500 a peice per month. no biggy. sign te papers and went home.

What units at Panorama do you rent out for $8500 a month? I live there and the rent is not even close to that. I know poker "celebrities" whose rent isn't close to that. <-- confused.

its ok to be confused. both units are in phase 3 both 1962sq ft. both fully loaded to the gills n 6 month lease is incuding utilities hoa and furniture deposit fee. tenant will get back 15k a piece 30k at the end of 6months. the furniture alone in one of my condos is equivelentto 5years or ur rent in ur little 600 sq footer. tight life fag. srry i got carried away, im usually humble but wen ppl call me out n question me i get alittloe sensitive. srry bro

I have friends (Antonio Esfandiari) for example whose place is 2500 sq. ft. and his place would rent for $3500 a month. I'm not from Vegas. I'm here temporarily while I handle some business. You have no idea about me or my life circumstances and even though I could, unlike you I have no need to brag and / or lie about my life anonymously on some internet message board.
