I saw that Orleans had one for a while but their site says only Omaha and Stud tourneys, outside of the typical NLH.

I'm pretty sure there is no daily/weekly horse tourney in Vegas, at least none that I have heard of. Doubt it would be profitable for a casino to run one, a lot of them aren't even getting the turnouts they want for NLHE. Micon would most likely know this for sure, hopefully he will see this thread and confirm. Here is a good link for daily tourneys.

I typically start with allvegaspoker.com and then verify via the casino website. It sux that there are no horse tourneys.
