Actor Corey Haim died this morning of an apparent overdose -- possibly accidental -- according to LAPD. He was 38.
Police tell us they were called to St. Joseph's hospital in Burbank, CA shortly before 4AM PT to investigate.
Haim shot to fame in the 80s -- when he co-starred in a number of films, including "The Lost Boys," with Corey Feldman.
Haim reportedly suffered a drug-induced stroke in 2001 and was rushed to the UCLA Medical Center.
Haim also reportedly was in and out of rehab 15 times, but cleaned up in 2004 after moving to Toronto
Saw this coming he was a wreck on that Two Coreys show

Yes it was shit, but it might have been slightly better if they could have ran with the original story with Haim in it.

I never snorted OC's with Haim but back around 1990 in Amsterdam at various parties I did seriously chase the dragon with him.
Had no idea he had a drug "problem" at the time. People back then went to Vegas to gamble and to Amsterdam to do drugs. There were rules but no enforcement and all types of drugs were readily available and cheap.
It was like any other vacation for most people. You did various and sundry drugs for a week or two, then back to the US and relative normality. I suppose for some people it was not just a vacation but an avocation.
