1. A few sources actually, basically a few sites that datamine betting data.
2a. Pinnacle takes 50-100k at -105 on NFL sides and does not ban winners. You have to be pretty god damn good in setting lines to profit at that low of vig. To answer your question my bet sizing is usually higher the more the line is "off" the pinny number.

Timing of your rogue line wagers- Since the market is always changing, do you make your plays early or late? Do you base your ev on the current pinny line or the original line?

Just as an example, let's take a look at the Buffalo/Miami game. The current Pinny line is MIA -3 (-109) BUF +3 +(101). The public is solidly on MIA. So if you find a line that is BUF +3 -103 or better would you consider that a +ev bet?
