Well So far i have been doing quite well lady wise I have just been making some really bad plays. So here is another one for you guys.


This weekend it is my girlfriends birthday, we all know how good those are all her friends in one place then clubbing. If you can have a strong showing at dinner you can have a great time at the club. So I call him up Friday afternoon and make the plans to head downtown to go to his apartment and then go to supper with him and his GF and all her friends.

So we get downtown and show up to the restaurant and we are the second ones there, the first ones that I see is the really cute girl and her friend. The girl gives me a nice look and I take the cue to introduce myself, my friend tells me that she is an Exchange student from France (Amazing). I am thinking about where I could sit, I want to be with my friend and near this cute girl too. My friend tells me that we as the only 2 guys will sit down by then end of the long table (30 people or so). So we sit down and chat with the waiter for a bit while other people start to join the party, cute girl after cute girl shows up but since we are sitting at the end we are far away from them. I am thinking how we could get some at our end.

Well everyone has pretty much arrived and the only girls sitting next to us are these Big French girls, I talk to one to be polite but I am very uninterested overall with what she is saying, at this time my Friends GF cousin comes to sit with us, a few months back I was at a bar downtown with some buddies and she came onto me and seemed very interested so I was definitely happy about her coming to our end of the table. Things started to look better.

5 Or 6 beers later I am feeling more relaxed and seem to be having better conversations. She is starting to flirt a little etc.. Then she gets a call from her friend who is going to come by.

Her friend shows up and I am immediately attracted to her, she has a sexy voice and is cute, lets call her Kim I am normally really shy but thanks to vitamin B I am doing ok we talk at the restaurant and before I know it, its time to go to the club.

We get to the club and I grab a drink and start talking with my buddy and just sitting down when the big French girl starts trying to get me to dance L, then this girl Kim comes up and starts talking to me until the French girl leave, I thank her and we talk for almost the whole night.

By about 2 am she comes back to me and tells me she is leaving I say goodnight and ask for her number, she asks me to come get her jacket with her, so we start talking and she wants to hang out, I tell her that she is more than welcome to come over to my place and hang out she agrees and I am happy.

We get to the car and inside the back seat she immediately grabs my hand and starts holding it. We get to dropping off her friend and she then tells me that she is really tired and doesn’t think that hanging out would be a good idea I say ok and she asks if I want to hang out tomorrow night? I think about it and tell her I can’t (HABS GAME BABY) she seemed dejected and suggests that we hang out during the day I agree but not fully paying attention to her because someone asked me a question (mistakes 1-2) we drop her friend off and on the way to her place she asks for my number (mistake 3 always take hers) I give her my number and she shows me it typed into her phone to make sure it’s the right one I am pretty drunk and just say yeah without looking (mistake 4).

We get to her place and I kiss her in the back seat and get out to go sit in the front for my ride home she gets out and kisses me a few more times and says I will call you in 10 minutes ok? All I hear from the car is my buddies voice says,

``Why are you going to call him in 10 minutes?``

I ignore him and say sure but my phone is dying I donno if it will be still on. (Mistake 5)

So 3 days later I never got a call and fucked up again big time Suggestions on what to do, maybe call her friend for the number to call her? Is that too creepy?

1.She didnt call because she thinks i was only intrested in 1 night stand (after she told me that she was tired and i said ok she continued to ask if i was sure i was ok with it i said yes but she seemed like I wasnt convincing at all)
2. she took my number and it was wrong when she took it down and therefore doesn’t have it

3. She was busy this weekend and has not had a chance to call so she may call this week.

are you actually looking to go out with this girl or do you just want to get in her pants and then ditch her? I'm assuming that you are actually looking for something more substantial then a quick in and out. BPD is correct in saying that getting her number and giving her a quick shout is a good idea. There is nothing to be lost by doing this and consequently much can be gained. It's too bad things didn't work out the first night you met her. Even if not on a purely romantic level, at least some kind of an intellectual level, so you could remember the conversations better when you sobered up. I would just give her a call and see where it goes from there.

yeah, dude. you totally need to lead out on the turn. i mean, really put her to the test. get the number, call her up and tell her what the deal is. let her know you had a good time and would like to maybe hang out w/ her some time this week/weekend when she's free. tell her you would like to take her somewhere and see how she reacts. by telling her you had a good time w/ her will butter her up (bitches go for the flattery thing). to say that you would like to hang out when she's available again keeps her from saying stupid shit like "i'm busy that day" since it's the next time she's free. finally, telling her you would like to take her somewhere shows that you're not just looking for her to come over for some quick action. of course, make it a good night out and she'll lead herself into your bedroom. that's my advice. Well My friend is being a real tard, I asked him to call and get the number, No he is Telling me that if she was truly interested that she will get into contact with me. He is being hard headed; I explained that she might think I am not interested in her at all. Dude, this is some self pwnage right here. You might want to look into why this is. The best advice you will get on this subject is not from a bunch of guys - you MUST have some friends that are female. Talk to them. Ask them questions. They will tell you what it is that women want. Dudes just don't know, and the ones that think they do are probably in the dark. Matty had some decent advice, but I'm willing to bet he learned some of that through females.

If anyone here is a dude under 30 and they tell you they know what women want, they're probably full of shit and don't even know it. I certainly was. Actually I still am but am learning because I'm with someone who doesn't mind explaining things to me.

"I noticed the next day that she probably isnt going to call" is a sign of a lack of confidence. You are expecting the worst to happen, and in this case when it does (her not calling) you just give up and move on. Find her number, its not impossible.
