Ok I don't know much about bob but according to 408 he is some sort fo guru.

My question is very basic and I'm guessing some others could help too.

I commute to work and travel at around 110km/h for 30 mins. Last 5 mins of trip is sometimes at like 10-20km/h due to traffic. I've noticed that when this happens I find my car shaking for about 5 mins at low speeds following the slow down. No other symptoms.

Any idea what is causing this? It's an older sunfire (70k km only though).
