All I am trying to do is make $200 with a website via ads/ selling shit/ commission. I can't go to school I have no money. CMONEYINVEGAS knows how but he won't tell me. That's why I hate him and his daughter...

Elaborate?
You don't know what you are doing. There are legal risks associated with having a domain name related to another web site or legal entity.
There are ways of mitigating those risks.
If you don't know where the lines are and how to avoid crossing those lines, don't pull shit like this or you'll get your ass handed to you.

You did this for profit. Check You used your domain name because it was similar to another. Check You used content from the related site. Check You "diminished" or "damaged" the 2+2 brand. Check You acknowledged receipt of communication from the injured party. Check You're website is incorporated as it's own business and insulated from you personally or your other business interests. Lol, sure. You admitted this on a public forum. Check You are fucked. I know how to avoid digging a hole like this, you probably need professional help to get out of yours.

So there is nothing I could do with this site but surrender it to TwoPlusTwo?

You need help and I'm not qualified to give it. If you could make the whole mess go away by giving up the site I'd do it. You haven't left yourself any wiggle room. If they want to pursue you and extract a lot of money, the web site might be the only thing you have to bargain with and giving it up would be a mistake. Even taking it down could be taken as an admission of guilt. Like I said, you need more help than I can provide.

You did "do shit". If you had money, you'd be stupid not to worry. If you have no money (and can prove it), they might decide to take the website in exchange for letting you off. Or, they could pile up some judgments in the hopes that you'll have some money someday. You might be in a position to raise the stakes and motivate them to back off or pay you off, but you haven't shown me anything that leads me to believe you could pull it off.

Yebsite actually brings up a good point.
If you don't have assets and are difficult/impossible to collect from, a lawsuit won't matter much.
In most cybersquatting situations, the plaintiff merely seeks to get their domain back, not recover financial losses.
You might want to watch out as far as republishing e-books for other premium material from Mason's site. That is a version of theft/piracy, and could carry criminal penalties.
Otherwise, you might just be best off ignoring the lawyer and letting him go through the whole expensive process of getting the domain back. It depends if you care about any possible judgment against you. If you don't, then have fun...

IF THEY REALLY WANT TO GO AFTER YOUR BROKE ASS, THEY PROBABLY COULD. SUING SOMEONE IS EXPENSIVE AND PRETTY MUCH POINTLESS IF THE PERSON YOU ARE SUING HAS NO ASSETS THE 5K FIGURE IS PROBABLY SOMETHING THEY FIGURED YOU COULD SCRAP UP IF THEY SCARED THE SHIT OUT OF YOU THEY COULD GO AFTER YOU FOR THEFT, BUT AGAIN, EXPENSIVE AND POINTLESS JUST GIVE THEM THE DOMAIN BACK AND APOLOGIZE. YOU STAND NOTHING TO GAIN FROM KEEPING IT. YOU ARE CLEARLY A MORON FOR REGISTERING THIS DOMAIN WITH IDEA OF MAKING ANY MONEY. IF YOU ARE GOING TO CYBERSQUAT, AT LEAST DO IT WITH A GOOD DOMAIN. IE, I BOUGHT BROCKLESNAR.COM FROM SOMEONE THAT HAD IT SINCE 2000 BEFORE HE WAS FAMOUS AND GOT PAID NICELY A FEW MONTHS AGO FOR IT. IT WASN'T TECHNICALLY CYBER SQUATTING BUT YOU GET THE IDEA

I DID! Mr. SUCK MY ROCK, I have discussed this matter with our client. While we sympathize with your alleged financial situation, we do not believe this matter can be successfully resolved without any reasonable restitution to our client. Based on your multiple aliases, domain registrations, listed addresses, and I.P. data, we are skeptical of your assertion that the TWOPLUSTWO.ME registration was an isolated domain name registered without an intent to profit. We also have reason to believe that you have personally bombarded our client's forums with numerous insulting, derogatory, and "spam"-style posts in violation of Two Plus Two's terms and conditions. We also have reason to believe that you have registered the <PUKERSTARS.COM> domain name and operated the accompanying website, where further derogatory comments about our client were publicly posted. In sum, it appears you have continuously attempted to damage our client on several occasions. If you have any info or documentation that would cause us to reconsider these beliefs, please provide them to us as soon as possible. If not, our client currently stands behind its recent settlement demand of: (i) immediate transfer of the domain name at issue, (ii) notice and transfer of all other domains containing or relating to Two Plus Two's intellectual property, and (iii) $5,000.00 in reimbursement to partially cover our client's damages and its expenses in pursuing this matter - as outlined in our August 26, 2009 correspondence. Please let us know by the end of this week, September 18, 2009, if you are willing to comply with our settlement proposal. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
