SO I picked up my new PC today from Fedex and I hooked everything up.
1 problem. I couldn't get the second monitor to respond. I was adjusting this that and the other thing trying to troubleshoot etc etc etc. Got some good advice from hoser and Quarternion but nothing was working.
Got a hold of Dragons and we went through all kinds of potential problems and this guy went the extra mile searching high and low. I couldn't figure out why this second monitor kept going to sleep. I unhooked all the cables switched monitor A and B and it would only take the one Horizontal slot and NOT the Vertical slot.
After hrs of troubleshooting and explaining it to him this way the problem was solved. I was trying to run 2 monitors out of 2 seperate video ports and I had no fucking clue thats how it worked. I saw 2 blue plugs and matched them up and thought it would work that way. But apparently I am retard when it comes to this shit.
So after unscrewing these fucking things all day and now have mechanic fingers but 4 dragons saved the day. Now time to put this bad boy to work. On the + side I learned a decent amount about some shit I didn't know about and can now get back to business. 4DRAGONS is GOD

the real " todd is god" statement came from the early 1980's new york jets fans.
the were talking about former alabama qb richard todd.
what jet fans did was take a bedsheet and spray paint it to spell todd is god during playoff game at home vs the bills.
needless to say the jets lost, and todd was not god, todd sucked.
btw....how is your new computer doing? big difference?
my computers suck. one i use to use is netbook that you need midget hands and is powerless and the other the letters on the keyboard have rubbed off.

This situation is a fucking mess.
I have spent a minimum of 50 hours between emailing, going to fedex and trying all different shit to get this PC working.
First the video card that came with it was no good and before the guy had me ship it back I was trying everything.
Ship back video card and wait for new one to come in. I get the new one and install it and the thing runs fine.
BUT the audio is all fucked up. Plug the headphones in and it is all static. It would play some shit through earphones and some shit through speakers etc etc etc etc but was NOT working properly
So I tell the guy ALL I WANT IS SOUND to work. He gives me the specific sound card to order which tacks another $50 onto the price but the bottom line is when I received this fucking PC in the first place the sound should have been working.
I receive the video card today and install it and this guy is having me try all kinds of shit to get the sound working but it aint working. 4 hrs of emails and frustration.
I did learn a lot about installation etc but what the fuck do I need to know any of this shit for?
In any event the customer service with this company sucks because it is one guy running the show and he does everything by email. He did call a couple times when I got really pissed off but if you have a problem there is nowhere to call.
Next step is to get this sound card working so I can actually have sound. Other than that everything is fine now but for the time I have spent it was certainly not worth it. Maybe for someone more technichally advanced with this shit it would be a good deal but for me def a fail
And none of this I put on 4 dragons as he is still GOD
