Day 4

Started this morning off with a 20 minute walk-run again. It was 20 degrees out. Just about didn't do it. Then stopped being a sissy and just did it. Did pilates last night with the wife. that would have been quite the video to see.

Yesterdays food intake.

Really got after it with the water. had a glass of water in hand all day. had over 10 16oz glasses. I'll call it 160 total bc of the ice

160oz of water

Egg white base, turkey sausage, small amount of cheese, salsa

Pb sandwich

Healthy tortilla, low rat refried beans, taco sauce, small amount of cheese

1 can of chicken soup

1 60 cal jello pudding

1 glass of 50 cal orange juice

10 baked chips with tortilla

It is still going well. my body is having somewhat of a freakout but it isn't all that bad. I did drink more water while at home yesterday than any day of my life. I just did my 20 minute walk run in the 35 degree rain. motivated. highly

Food intake for day 2

Egg white base, turkey sausage, palm full of cheese, salsa

18-20 baked chips and salsa

wheat pasta with spinach and artichoke sauce

Peanut butter sandwich

1 60 cal pudding

low fat no sugar ice cream (8oz or so)

1 pepsi max

1 8 oz glass of 50 cal orange juice

42 oz of water

So yesterday i had about 1300 calories, roughly. most people are saying that isn't enough, so im going to try and eat more today. Yesterdays food intake

1 bowl of turkey chili
1 baked tortilla with 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce. a little cheese (maybe palm full), 2 full size turkey pepperoni
1 60 cal pudding
4 diet sodas
1 8 oz glass of water

Already went for a walk run this morning. it was 630 am and cold. ran about 2 minutes. walked for 18. did this while wife was getting ready for work. going to get the baby up soon, feed her, do some cleaning and laundry, then stretch

I want to become more flexible through this process. I want to play better golf.

It is important to me to do this with no diet and no gym. I'd do either or both if it meant meeting my goals but for now i'd like to do it with neither.

that is my starting weight for the bet. I have probably lost 8lbs in the past week. So thats 400 bucks, that i screwed myself out of. didn't want to just go buck wild before the weigh in, just did what i had been doing.

So 284.8....

goal is 200lb total...220 before september

Today is the first day. I'd like to thank all DD guys who have given advise and encouragement. I may be the worst eater on the planet. I like candy, I like sweets, donuts are my favorite, I eat pizza and fast food for the most part. I drink somewhere between 6-10 cans of Dr Pepper, every single day. The people at Sonic are going to be upset, I usually have 2 44oz dr peppers from sonic everyday. I eat McDonalds for breakfast for the most part and love the mcgriddle. That is a pancake with meat and cheese squeezed in between.

I actually have already started to eat better and work out some. That is what got the motivation started. I informed the man who is paying me to do this that i wanted to lose weight. He said I will motivate you "i'll give you $5.00 per pound you lose by september 1st". This was via text message. So I tell him, deal, and that i expect to get at least $300 from him. He replies "$300?" so you are going to lose 6 lbs? before I could respond he sends "typo. $50.00 per pound"

I'd like to just put the mans name out there, not that it would matter to most everyone here. Unless you are from this part of the country, you haven't ever heard of the man. Part of my contract with the golf course i work at is to not mention who i caddie for. The Alotian Club in Little Rock is one of the finest golf facilities in the world and the wealthiest of the wealthy belong. The owner, whose name is public, Warren Stephens, is a billionare from Little Rock. His father was Jack Stephens, who was the chairman at Augusta National for many many years.

My wife is bringing home a bathroom scale tonight. So the official weight starts shortly.

I caddie for many wealthy people. Some of the most wealthy in the country, even world. One of these men has offered me $50.00 for every pound I can lose before September 1st. I am going to do something that i have never done, try and be healthy. I want to document my progress, so i will do it here.
